In its early days, 7KEYS was renowned for replicating the iconic appearance of typewriters. They dismantled hundreds of antique typewriters, studying their lever mechanisms, keystroke pressures, and auditory feedback. This meticulous research led to the development of the proprietary “Type-Click™ Mechanical Switch.” Featuring a brass spring core, this switch emulates the distinct tactile feedback of vintage typewriters.
