Return Policy

1. Return Period
You have a 7-day return period, starting from the date you receive the product.

2. Return Conditions
The product must remain in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all accessories and labels intact, and kept in its original packaging.
You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process
Within 7 days, contact our customer service team via email at support@7keysworld.com, including your order number and reason for the return.
We will review your request within a reasonable time and provide the return address and instructions via email.
Please return the product using a traceable shipping method and keep the tracking number for reference.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing usually takes no more than 10 business days, with the exact time depending on your bank or payment platform.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Customized products, special orders, or personalized items.
  • Perishable, fragile, or personal care items (such as food, plants, beauty products, etc.).
  • Returns for reasons other than product defects, such as incorrect color or size, when the product has affected resale.
  • Products that are beyond the return period.

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period
We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of product receipt.

2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers product quality issues caused by factors other than human error, such as functional failures, material defects, etc.
Warranty services include free repairs or the replacement of necessary parts.

3. Repair Process
If your product experiences a fault within the warranty period, please contact us by email at support@7keysworld.com, providing the order number, a description of the fault, and any necessary photos or video evidence.
We will perform an initial diagnosis and provide a repair solution within 48 hours.
If the product needs to be returned for repair, we will cover the return shipping costs and send it back to you once the repair is complete.
If the product cannot be repaired and is eligible for replacement, we will provide the same or an equivalent product.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

  • Damage caused by human error, such as dropping, water damage, or unauthorized disassembly.
  • Faults caused by abnormal use or failure to follow the user manual.
  • Natural wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., batteries).
  • Missing or incorrect warranty documentation.
